How to become a vendor at the farmers markets and special events:
Apply at www.managemymarket.com after you set up an account on the website, Click on "apply to a market" and look up your preferred location.
For farmers we require a certified producer certificate and General Commercial Liability Insurance
For food trucks and food booths we require a Sacramento health department permit and General Commercial Liability Insurance
For Craft vendors we require a seller's permit and General Commercial Liability Insurance
For all market inside Sacramento city we require all vendors to obtain a Sacramento City business tax document at: https://sacramento.hdlgov.com/
Cost of being a vendor:
The application is $20 for each location each calendar year
Fair Oaks Farmers Market booth fee is $35 for a 10x10 space and $50 for a 10x20 space
Orangevale Farmers Market booth fee is $35 for a 10x10 space, $50 for a 10x20 space and $60 for a food truck and hot food vendor
Arden Fair Farmers Market booth fee is $40 for a 10x10 space and $70 for a 10x20 space. Food trucks are $50
Carmichael Farmers Market booth fee is $35 for a 10x10 space and $68 for a 10x20 space. Food trucks are $45
McKinley Park Farmers Market booth fee is $40 for a 10x10 space and $68 for a 10x20 space. Food trucks are $50
For the Certificate of Insurance please list " Common Kettle LLC, 6825 Walnut Ave, Orangevale CA 95662" as the certificate holder. Our minimum insurance requirement is 1M and $300.000 damage to rented premisses.
